Job Description
Assistant Community Association Manager
Experienced and licensed Assitant Community Association Manager needed for a condominium located in Hialeah. The candidate will be responsible for daily operations of association(s) and must be able to multi-task, handle multiple inquiries and manage daily interactions with employees, residents, vendors, and Board of Directors in a professional businesslike manner and have strong communication skills.
The candidate must be local and be able to attend evening meetings as needed.
Multi-family experience is NOT the same as Community Association Management experience.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Schedule & supervise property maintenance staff/vendors.
- Facilitate application process for sales, leases, and purchases.
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, including annual & special meeting mailings.
- Facilitate meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Establish and coordinate building maintenance plan; conduct routine property walk-through inspections, process work orders.
- Oversee the performance of contracted service vendors (pool, landscaping, janitorial etc).
- Ensure all building inspections, licenses, and permits are up-to-date and organized.
- Obtain competitive bids for vendors and projects.
- Communicate and enforce Rules & Regulations & association Bylaws.
- Maintain organization of all official records, service contracts, up-to-date unit owner files, and other association business files.
- Monitor all budget expenditures and report all discrepancies to Board.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Board of Directors; advise Board on regulatory procedures and updates in condominium laws & rules.
- Perform property inspections and send violations.
- Previous experience with portfolios is strongly preferred.
- Handle office correspondence working with the Board of Directors.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities and familiarity with Florida Statutes are required.
- Must follow established Company procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Community Association Management (not Multi-family): less 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Community Association Manager License (Required)
