Rad Tech Solutionz is immediately hiring a Traveling Certified Medical Assistant, Full-Time in Ontario, CA. We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable CMA/Phlebotomist who has experience working with Personal Injury and is wiling to travel to multiple locations a few times a month. This specific clinic specializes in Orthopedics / Pain Management!

The more experience as a CMA, the better. Competitive Pay!

Pay Rate is up to $20 an hour, depending on experience.

Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a Must!

As a experienced Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical clinic. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Assisting the physician with translation
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Perform patient blood draws
• Update and file medical records and insurance reports
• Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services
• Check with patients and type up patients charts
• Assist during medical examinations
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Handle receivable and payable accounts and keep financial records
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Skills

• Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software

Education

• Medical Assistance Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
