DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST INTERN

ABOUT OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:

Our 12 week summer internship program is an opportunity for students enrolled in a post-secondary education program to gain hands-on experience in the live event technology industry. This is a paid internship with a 40 hour a week schedule. Interns located near one of our physical locations (Dallas, Pittsburgh, Montreal) will work a hybrid schedule. Interns who are not, will work a completely remote schedule. The program is set to start on May 22,2023 and end on August 11, 2023.

As a Patron Technology intern, you will:


  • Take part in our mentorship program: Be paired with an experienced member of our team
  • Participate in weekly intern cohort activities and events (social, team building, training)
  • Connect with Senior Leadership: One-on-one conversation with your department head and a Q&A session with our CEO

  • Set goals: Work with your manager to determine what you want to accomplish during the program and receive feedback on your performance

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will have an opportunity to use our suite of integrated event technology and tackle client projects. You will also benefit from continuous opportunities to learn, shine and advance your career through experience and mentorship.

AS A DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST INTERN, YOU WILL:

  • Support our client-facing team who interfaces with the largest names in sports and entertainment on a daily basis
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on email campaigns prior to deployments. Includes checking links, proofreading, and verifying email campaigns match client request
  • Track and manage reporting requests using internal project management tool
  • Generate performance reports for client email campaigns 24-48 hours after email campaign sends
  • Work directly with Digital Marketing leadership team to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Patron Technology requires all Event Operations employees and contractors who will be representing the company at a client event to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to attending. Exemptions are determined by the event organizer. Employees are not required to be fully vaccinated to be present at an office facility.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enrolled in a related post-secondary program
  • Motivated to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
