Looking to hire a general maintenance worker. Candidate must be well versed in all building maintenance skills including but not limited to; light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and swimming pool operations. Must be able to work with limited supervision. Candidate must also be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, able to lift 80 lbs. and available to work weekends and holidays. Pay rate is based on experience.
