Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time time PC Support Technician, located at Memphis, TN.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARNCE AND SECURITY+ w/CE CERTIFICATION

Responsibilities:

• Gathering data to access the needs of the customer
• Build and configure hardware and update software
• Remove viruses or spyware, able to replace hardware or reinstall the entire operating system
• Handle local area network administrative responsibilities in a Windows 7/10 workstation environment, and a Windows 2003-2012 server environment.
• Provide timely and quality PC hardware and software support with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Video conferencing setup and operation
• Review assigned tickets and provide input on troubleshooting and resolution.
• Respond rapidly to each ticket as it arrives to the IT/PC/LAN Admin group.
• Document accurate information with attention to detail on the ticketing system.
• Administer MS Exchange, Active Directory Service (ADS) and Daily Backup systems.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED accomplishment; BS degree in computer/IT related field preferred
• 2 to 3 years hands on experience with computers and peripheral devices
• Active Secret clearance
• Security + CE certification
