We are currently looking for an experienced Community Outreach manager with a Physical or Occupational Therapy license for our growing Outpatient Mobile Therapy Company, Stay Home Solutions for Seniors, LLC. Our team of Therapy Professionals strive to promote Hope, Comfort, Trust, and Quality care in our community. We are here to help seniors live their best lives.

Job Description:

Our Therapy Area Manager will be responsible for developing professional relationships with physicians, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, senior retirement communities, and other community referral sources. This person works within assigned territory to promote our agency and our services. The Area Manager helps create and executes territory sales plans to ensure extraordinary customer service and fulfill Stay Home Solutions exceptional care expectations. This position will also allow the Manager to maintain their skills by providing Physical or Occupational Therapy to our clients as needed.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
· Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.

· Assists the Administrator in establishing organization volume projections and goals for the annual budget and in establishing allocations for the marketing department. Monitors allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.

· Continuously conducts market assessments and develops and updates a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.

· Enacts marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.

· Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral sources.

· Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of as a high-quality provider of services.

· Provides leadership in strategic planning including: identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.

· Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Stay Home Solutions for Seniors, LLC markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.

· Maintains comprehensive working knowledge and documentation in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.

· Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by Stay Home Solutions for Seniors, LLC.

· Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts in terms of ROI.

· Ensures that structure and systems promote interdisciplinary care

· Ensures collaboration with agencies and vendors for effective management of services.

· Assist with patient intake and verification of insurance.

· Maintains Therapy license and ability to provide Therapy service within their scope of practice for their patients.

Pay to commiserate with experience and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,526.25 - $90,304.54 per year
