• Answer phones and direct and/or respond to residents as necessary
• Greet and assist all visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Schedule conference rooms
• Validate visitors parking
• Answer correspondence from emails
• Pick up and distribute mail
• Type correspondence as requested
• Assist Mayor’s Administrative Assistant as needed with various projects and task.
• Type proclamations
• Assist various chiefs as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned
