Mooresville Dental Care is a well established state of the art dental practice in Mooresville, IN looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to our team. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join an outstanding patient focused practice. Must maintain a professional positive attitude and be looking for a long term position.

Schdule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm

In our office the dental hygienist works alongside the dentist and clinical team to deliver an optimal patient outcome. We view providers (Dentist and Hygienist) as the front lines of our practice. The dental hygienist provides access to care by servicing the needs of our community and offers services upfront and equally so our patients receive comprehensive care. We give back by investing into our hygiene providers by unlocking their potential and giving autonomy to fulfill their personal and professional goals.

Office Information:

• Digital X-rays
• Open Dental
• General Dentistry
• Oral/Systemic Connection Program
• Offer Preventative Services such as Fluoride and Oral Cancer Screenings

Benefits:

• Competitive pay based on experience. Base wage is guaranteed with an uncapped earning potential. 30% of Net production or base wage, whichever is higher, will be automatically paid out.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license in Dental Hygiene and certification from an accredited dental hygiene school
• Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays and able to learn new programs as necessary
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
