What you’ll do:
- Be our customers’ Custom Ink guide from beginning to end
- Satisfy their custom gear needs all while building relationships that keep them coming back again and again
- Cultivate an engaged, motivated team, recruit and hire top talent and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Strive towards achieving store sales goals and other KPIs and ensure the team is connected to these goals
- Drive proactive outreach efforts for both yourself and the store team in order to build new long lasting relationships
- Work on site and in the local community 100% of the time
How you’ll be measured:
- Convert warm leads and cold calls into new and repeat orders
- Ensure stellar customer service throughout our entire process
- Meet Store revenue goals
- Guide our local outbound outreach program
- Store Performance, Team Satisfaction & Retention (Sales / KPIs, Overall team engagement, and team satisfaction)
How you’ll make a difference:
You’re a coach, community activator, proactive consultant, educator, and think like a local business owner.
You’ll lead the Store teams in creating excitement around Custom Ink in the surrounding local community and with store visitors to increase brand awareness, while advocating for the development of our Store team members. You’ll help create excitement around Custom Ink in the surrounding community and for visitors to the store to increase brand awareness. You understand that Custom Ink is dedicated to delivering a WOW! customer experience and know that it starts with genuine interaction and builds into a long-term relationship. You'll report to the Regional Manager.
