Breton Gardens Family Dentistry is hiring! We are a privately-owned and growing family dental practice seeking a full-time, long-term registered dental assistant to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is an enthusiastic problem-solver, works well with a team, and has a positive attitude. Effective communication skills and compassion are a top priority in a candidate as we value quality patient education and providing a seamless, pleasant dental experience.
Dentistry is always evolving and so is our practice! We are looking for a candidate who values continuing education, staying current with their RDA license and skills, and is both open and receptive to change. Our practice currently utilizes digital x-rays, CBCT, intraoral cameras, and we’ll soon be integrating an intra-oral scanner into our workflow. Clinical experience is preferred but not required!
We offer a generous 401k matching program as well as paid time off! For those dental assistants who are interested in getting their RDA licensure, we offer a program to financially compensate for such training!
