The right candidate is a degreed engineer with experience in heavy industrial process and system design (i.e. bulk material handling and conveying, pneumatic conveying, dust collection, and piping, with specific emphasis on belt conveyors), heavy industrial process systems and equipment (i.e., pumps, fans/blowers, compressors, valves, piping and basic process operations), or project execution, including development of conceptual designs, scheduling resources, development of construction bid packages, bidding and bid evaluation, review of design submittals and RFIs, and project commissioning. The candidate will be expected to interface with the client, perform field investigations and assignments at the project site, set project schedules, manage budgets and assign work tasks to the project team.

This individual should also be able to work independently and collaboratively. Good people skills and willingness to travel (on occasion) are a must.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed professional
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Office productivity software.
• AutoCAD/Inventor or similar design tools.
• Revit experience helpful.
• Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $88,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
