General: Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Support Managers to drive a program or projects.
Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.
Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
Specific to FastTrack:
A Business Program Manager who is responsible for driving all FastTrack for Azure (FTA) Rhythm of business, Business Planning, and Cultural programming across the globe.
Coordinate initiatives across regions and role disciplines. In partnership with the Chief of Staff, assist in building programming around DI, Culture building, Communications, Business Reviews, and semester planning.
Additional requirements: previous experience in Customer Experience Engineering is necessary to reduce the required ramp time.
Skills:
4 years of program management experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Background in high tech, social media, software industries.
Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
The ideal candidate: will have high-powered analytical skills, and strong delivery track record.
Must have the ability to understand business strategy concepts and methods to improve processes.
Must have excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Purpose of this team - lead the Fastrack org and cloud plus AI within Fastrack for all companies interested in leveraging azure cloud, to accelerate their business, team is responsible for accelerating onboarding onto azure, using platform and products asap
Surrounding team key projects - work is around reimaging what Fastrack looks like, project on how they do business, how to be more efficient
